1. Where we ship
We ship across India to all serviceable pincodes. Before placing an order, you can check delivery availability and a tentative delivery timeline by entering your pincode on the product page.
2. Order processing
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Orders are not dispatched on Sundays or public holidays.
3. Delivery timelines
Estimated delivery is usually 3–9 business days from dispatch, depending on your location and pincode. Timelines shown on the Website and at checkout are estimates only and may vary due to courier delays, weather, or regional factors beyond our control.
4. Shipping charges
Applicable shipping charges, if any, are calculated and displayed at checkout before you make payment.
5. Order tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, we will share tracking details by email so you can follow your delivery.
6. Delivery address
We deliver only to the address provided at the time of order. Please ensure your address and pincode are complete and correct, as we are not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.
7. Prepaid orders only
All orders are prepaid via UPI, card, or net banking. We do not offer Cash on Delivery.
8. Failed or undelivered orders
If a delivery fails due to an incorrect address, a non-contactable recipient, or repeated unavailability, the order may be returned to us. In such cases, we will contact you at the email provided to arrange a resolution.
